Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
  • 6 slices white bread
