Ask HN: What is your experience with DataDog Support? 

Ive been recently tasked with creation of AWS-DataDog integration.

The setup was super easy to get going, tested everything with free-tier 2weeks DataDog plan.

Then subscribed to PRO plan via AWS Marketplace and its two weeks of „pending” state subscription, still not linked to my organisation in DataDog.

Support in this case was like „non-existent”. ticket hanging without any response (even automatic one).

Emails to Sales and Marketplace supports -> without any answer.

Am I just unlucky or their support is just really really bad ?
