If you had the chance at this point in time would you decide to join Meta (London) or Google (Zurich) to be a ML Engineer?

I am mostly interested in the future potential of the companies, work diversity, work-life balance, engineering culture, etc.

Moreover, I’ve been to both London and Zurich several times before COVID. Yet I am not sure which of these is a better place to live and raise kids. Times have changed.

BTW. I am also interested in a constructive criticism of the companies in comparison to each other, yet the question is which not whether to join.
